AI for mid-market companies.

AI with serious architecture. Without big-company corporatism.

We apply AI in Spanish mid-market companies where processes start to hurt and there are already proprietary systems to respect. Acotated pilots with scalable architecture, ERP/CRM integration, and internal teams that will operate the solution.

[ Context ]

The real problems of mid-market companies in 2026.

/ 01

You already have a CRM, ERP and BI that don't talk to each other

Every new initiative clashes with data fragmentation. AI over dirty data amplifies chaos.

/ 02

Processes grow, team doesn't

Beyond 100 people, bottlenecks appear in ops, finance and support. Hiring isn't the answer, and budget doesn't allow it.

/ 03

Compliance starts to be a real burden

GDPR, sector-specific, ISO. Without tools you have to dedicate near-full-time people.

/ 04

Leadership demands ROI per initiative, not strategic vision

The committee doesn't approve projects without explicit business case. Each AI initiative competes against other investments.

[ How we work ]

A pilot designed for your size.

Acotated scope, fixed price, guaranteed timeline. No big-consultancy corporatism or freelancer improvisation.

01 Weeks 1–2

Discovery with process people

We map the real process (not the manual's) with the people executing it. We calculate hours, cost and target hours with conservative and aggressive scenarios.

02 Weeks 3–4

Technical design and scalable architecture

We choose the cheapest layer that solves the problem. Design ready to scale to other processes without re-architecture.

03 Weeks 5–9

Implementation with integration into your stack

API integration with ERP, CRM, BI and proprietary systems. Weekly iteration with real demo, not report.

04 Weeks 10–12

Deployment, training and business KPIs

We move to 100% volume. Train operators and supervisors. Set up dashboards with business metrics for committee and leadership.

[ Honest scope ]

What we do and what we don't with mid-market companies.

We\'d rather refuse a project we won\'t execute well. We publish this list to save you and us time.

WE DO
  • Concrete automations with measurable ROI (invoicing, support, reporting, qualification)
  • Chatbot / voicebot with access to your real backend
  • AI agents for operational processes with human in the loop
  • Data & Analytics: data unification + dashboards per area
  • Internal RAG for knowledge base (procedures, policies, cases)
  • Pilot per area that then scales to other areas with own data
WE DON'T
  • "Top-down" digital transformations (70 % fail)
  • €1M data lakes without clear use case to justify them
  • RPA tools for processes that already have API available
  • Strategic consultancy without executable deliverable

[ FAQ ]

Decision-maker questions.

How do you integrate with our ERP/CRM without breaking anything?

We always work via API or webhook against your current systems. We never touch internal code of your ERP/CRM. The AI layer deploys as a separate service with read-only connection initially, and write access limited to specific endpoints you approve.

Technical design phase (week 3-4) includes a meeting with your IT team to review integration, permissions, limits and rollback plan. Before writing code we validate no risk of breaking operations.

What guarantees do you give that the internal team can operate the solution at the end?

Complete operational documentation (what the system does, how to change parameters, how to escalate incidents) + 4-6 h training to the team operating the process + included support for first quarter.

By design we avoid exotic dependencies: the system is maintainable by reasonable profiles (a data engineer or DevOps from your team or your regular IT provider). Never a black box only we can touch.

How much time and budget for a pilot?

Typical pilot: 8-12 weeks, €15-80k depending on integration complexity and volume. Fixed price before starting, weekly milestones with real demo.

For tighter budgets (€10-15k) we work with more acotated scope: single process, no complex integrations. When the pilot works, it scales with additional budget. When it doesn't work, no post-commitment.

Can we start with a concrete area (finance, sales) and scale later?

That's what we recommend. An acotated pilot per area (e.g., reconciliation automation in finance) demonstrates ROI in a controlled context with clear sponsor and your own data.

From that validated pilot, scaling to other areas (support, sales, operations) is much faster and cheaper because you already have the architecture set up and internal learning. Just replicate the pattern.
